The DeVyne code is all about cracking the complex code to ultimate performance. But what is ultimate performance? To me it means for you to have the ability and will to perform at your maximum potential, whether it be in your favorite recreational sport, in your career, at home with the kids or in a professional-level of competiton (professional athletes).
Having studied with some of the best fitness, performance and health specialists in North America and France (Paul Chek, Greg Roskopft, Juan Carlos Santana, Charles Poliquin, Guy Voyer, Jon Hinds, William Wolcott, etc), I know that in order to achieve ultimate performance, there must be development in & balance between these important aspects: psychological (mental/emotional), physical (training) and chemical (nutrition). The DeVyne Code will provide you with easy to understand articles that will help you understand theses 3 aspects and learn how to get the most out of each one.

Having worked with professional athletes and many successful & busy entrepreneurs & professionals such as marketing specialists, media stars, lawyers, stock brokers and corporation owners of every field possible, I am well aware that time is not unlimited. But does this mean that you should be looking for the next popular quick fix?
I personally don’t believe in quick fixes at all for the simple reason that quick fix solutions only get you, well quick fixes. Its like putting a Band-Aid on a wound. it might help to stop the bleeding at first, but you know that eventually you’ll have to take it off so that the wound can breath and heal. If you keep the Band-Aid, it will only slow down the healing process. Same goes with training. If you keep going for quick fixes, your development process will only slow down.
Therefore, I will also provide you with effective & simple time management tools for you to have more free time to enjoy yourself and develop your performance.
